Unlike our current flagship product, the Avani Revolv Tire Valve Caps, which is made of brass material and chrome plating, these red colour valve caps are made of aluminum and the colours are added to the product via manufacturing procees call anodization, a process which produce a thin layer of metallic colour coating on the product which is very durable and can last a long time. 

This is the same process that is used in many consumer products such as handphone covers, MP3 players and electrical accessories. The manufacturers that we engaged have world class manufacturing processes producing products for big MNCs such as Apple iPod, Motorola and Sony Ericsson handphones and more.

We plan to launch this product at the same price as Avani Revolv, i.e. $24.90.
