Temperature effect: Major temperature fluctuation can affect the inflation pressure. In particular, if the ambient temperature is cold, it can effectively lower the air pressure and vice versa. Tire Tread An even tread wear of your tires is important as it ensures better balance of your car in any weather conditions, this is the reason why it is recommended that you rotate your tires from time to time perthe manufacturers recommendations basing on mileage traveled, so that the tires can wear out more evenly. Make sure that you use the recommended cold inflation pressure for optimum performance and wear of your tires. Do note that under-inflation or over-inflation may cause uneven tread wear patterns and they are something desirable.
